Refund policy
To claim for exchange, please make a video supporting your request. We allow our customers the freedom to exchange with the following guidelines
- We accept exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- For size exchange, customer is billable for any shipping/delivery charges.
- Exchange will take 3-5 business days after receiving exchange request.
- Orders shipped cannot be cancelled.
